Responsibilities:

Key AHPS software developer responsibility is a production of the (custom) AHPS software components, e.g. collectors and connectors. This key task includes but not limited to the following activities:

• Provisioning of the clear requirements to the business owner of the order (input requirements)
• Collection of the software component outcome requirements from the business owner of the order (output requirements)
• Research the log delivery options from the monitored system to AHPS core
• Research the log data format for the new collector if not provided by the business owner of the order
• Code new software component
• Test new software component
• Document new software component
• Lead Product Acceptance Test
• Participate and support production rollout of the new software component when necessary
• Other tasks assigned

Our Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in the software development with Java/JavaScript
• Experience in the software development using Eclipse IDE
• Basic understanding of the system and application logging
• Basic understanding of the TCP/IP and networking
• Experience of developing SIEM or Log Management collectors/connectors (optional)
• Experience of the programming using Novell Sentinel API (candidate with this experience gets strong preference)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the multicultural and international environments
• Ability to deliver under high time pressure
• Proactive and result driven
• Research minded personality with passion for creativity
• Eager and quick learner
• Fluent in English
